Terms of Service

The Agent Brain is an AI assistant for real estate professionals. It drafts, organizes, and reminds — you review and decide. Drafts, suggestions, and generated content are starting points, not legal, financial, or brokerage advice. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you send, sign, or publish it, and for complying with the laws and rules that govern your business (including MLS rules, advertising rules, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and Do-Not-Call requirements).

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You retain ownership of the content and data you bring to the service. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the product — storing, processing, and displaying your data to you — as described in our Privacy Policy.

• No unlawful use, including sending spam or contacting people on Do-Not-Call registries in violation of law.
• No attempting to breach, probe, or overload the service.
• No reselling or white-labeling the service without our written agreement.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The service is provided “as is.” During early access, features may change or be interrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
